He has been involved in many entrepreneurial ventures and has an international perspective. He is committed to giving back to the community through his involvement in many charities. Ian Scott
Business Development
Ian is driven as a customer centric problem solver who is committed to providing effective system solutions. Spending over 14 years in construction and industrial markets with the majority of his career in protective systems for concrete structures Ian always loves being challenged by new customer needs. He enjoys learning and is continually studying his client’s needs and the market’s ability to serve them.
When not in the office Ian can be found coaching one of his boys’ many sports teams or riding, swimming, running, playing hockey, listening to or playing music and generally having a good time.
Steve Bradbury
Territory Manager
Steve has an MBA from Edinburgh Business School and having managed relationships with some of North America’s biggest specifiers, brings a consultative, customer focused and solution oriented perspective to the Octaform team. Volunteering at the David Suzuki Foundation and, being an environmentalist at heart, Steve is a firm believer in green business practices and seizing competitive advantage by strategically managing environmental challenges. When he is not travelling and exploring BC’s great outdoors, you can typically find Steve reading a good novel, watching a black & white samurai movie or whipping up a family feast.
Lisa Clayworth
Sales Process Coordinator
Lisa has five years experience working as a Sales Rep to the chemical industry. She brings a vast amount of experience in sales and administration to her role at Octaform and is a most valued member of the Sales and Marketing team. When not supporting the Octaform team, Lisa can be found enjoying the outdoors, socializing with friends and traveling locally and abroad.
Field Services / Sales
Jaret Breckenridge
Field Services Advisor
Jaret, a die-hard Canucks fan from Calgary, Alberta, is a journeyman carpenter with many years of construction experience. Prior to joining the Octaform team he was a general contractor, where he built more vehicle washes using Octaform’s concrete forming systems than any other single builder. Jaret’s experience and product knowledge make him the perfect instructor for new Octaform builders.
Marketing
Lee Drever
Marketing Specialist – Branding & Communications
Bringing 10 years of marketing communications experience to Octaform, Lee is both an SFU and Kwantlen alumni. Lee still buys vinyl records and loves great design. On Saturdays, you can find him coaching boys’ soccer; usually in the rain.
Christina Florencio
Marketing Specialist – Sector Development
Christina is a BFA Graduate of SFU’s Contemporary Arts Program. For the last 15 years, Christina has worked in several industries (such as Food & Hospitality, IT/Telecommunications, Automotive and Retail) and is delighted to work with an innovative firm such as Octaform. Christina enjoys volunteering for Dress for Success Vancouver as well as dancing for Kababayang Pilipino Dance Company and Karen Flamenco. On a Friday afternoon at Octaform, you can usually find her singing and dancing to Rebecca Black’s “Friday”.

Semion Krivulin
Operations and Research Manager
Semion graduated from the Ukrainian Academy of Agriculture as a mechanical engineering designer. His personal philosophy is “imagination is more important than knowledge.” Semion joined Octaform in 2006 as our product designer. Not only does he continually improve Octaform’s concrete forming systems, but he also designs and develops exciting new products that will be available in the near future.
Zi Li Fang
Product Designer
Zi Li immigrated to Canada from China in 2000. A product designer with plastic manufacturing experience and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Zi Li creates exciting, innovative products. In his spare time Zi Li likes to swim, play badminton and cook.
Elaine Dillon CEng BE MIEI
Technical Research Coordinator
Elaine originally hails from Dublin, Ireland where she studied structural engineering at University College Dublin. She has gained a broad range of construction experience working for over ten years primarily as a structural design engineer, project manager and in business development. Elaine has a passion for music and regularly performs with her band Vagabonds at venues around Vancouver. She also enjoys writing, running, falling down mountains with sticks strapped to her feet and an occasional pint of Guinness.
Finance
Margaret Fong-Harandi
Controller & HR Coordinator
Margaret has over 15 years experience in finance and accounting and has a diploma in Administrative Management. She is also involved with order processing and operations. She is currently studying to advance her career as a Certified Management Accountant. Margaret enjoys working out, cooking, walks, movies, and spending time with the family.
Francis Leung
Accounting Assistant
Francis is the newest addition to the Octaform team. He is fascinated to be part of this innovative company along with great colleagues. He brings with him three years of accounting experience from the service industry. In his spare time, you can find him at the gym, at the basketball court or at home studying for his CGA exams.

Jorge R. Rosas-Gracida
Operations – Senior Estimator
Jorge is an architect with many years of construction materials and project management experience. He recently was awarded a Certificate in Architectural & Building Engineering Technology with honours from BCIT. His goal is to continually improve operation processes to improve customer satisfaction. Originally from Mexico, Jorge enjoys music, playing the piano, skiing and mountain biking.

Yuliya Koverko
Executive Assistant
Yuliya is currently finishing her diploma in Marketing Management, Professional Sales. She is thrilled to be part of such a modern and innovative company and is excited to be part of Octaform’s future growth and success. In her spare time she loves swimming, running and practicing yoga.
