Are Octaform forming systems code-approved?

Assuming that local engineering standards are followed, the poured walls will meet all requirements of conventionally-formed walls.

Do Octaform Forms meet the standards of ICBO, ASTM or other tests?

Please see the test results page in our Knowledge Centre section for detailed information.

From an engineering perspective, do Octaform walls differ from conventionally built walls?

Yes. While Octaform walls are no different to conventional concrete walls, in that they meet local engineering standards, they have shown increased structural strength in research and testing. While we do not make any formal statements about the structural strength of our Finished Forming System we encourage you to read our TEST REPORTS page for more information.
